What do I need to do prior to your arrival?
For our team to be as effective as possible please pick up all clothing, toys, and household items
Do you screen your employees?
All of our employees have been selected very carefully, fingerprinted, professionally trained, insured, and will treat your home with the up most respect
Do you supply the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we supply all the cleaning supplies, vacuum, and all tools needed to get the job done. We will need a roll of paper towels for sanitary cleaning purposes. If you prefer us to use a special cleaning product you must provide, please let us know in advance.
What type of cleaning products do you use?
We use the top of the line cleaning products that provides the best care for your home. We also offer "chemical free" cleaning products for those who are eco-friendly. Please let us know know if you have allergies to any type of products.
How often will you clean my home?
We clean most homes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
We ask that you contact the office within 24 hours of your cleaning to avoid a cancellation fee.
I need a cleaning right away. How soon can you get me in?
We will accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible. Most of the time we can get to you within a day or two.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, or check, credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

How many people will have access to my home?
We have 4 employees. No subs. Owner Operatored
What if I find an area I am unhappy with?
We ask you to contact our office within 1 business day and we will return
and re-clean the problem area. No questions asked.
